My journey: How I got here
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit.
The idea of pouring my time and energy into growing someone else’s business, only to make minimum wage and stay chained to a 9–5, never sat right with me.
I wanted freedom, ownership, and the ability to build something that was truly mine - something that created lasting, legacy-level impact for my family.
Eight years ago, I dove into entrepreneurship and never looked back.
My passion for building my own wildly successful business was fueled by a deeply personal desire to be the stay-at-home mom I had always envisioned myself being. I didn’t want to choose between ambition and presence. I wanted both.
Like many entrepreneurs, I explored dozens of paths along the way. But everything truly clicked when I stepped fully into the world of Meta ads.
Over the last five years, I poured myself into mastering paid traffic and strategy, with my business experiencing its biggest growth in the last two. Since then, I’ve managed over $1.5 million in ad spend and worked with some of the top names in the online business industry.

Trends I saw as I worked with entrepreneurs
As I worked with entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, a clear pattern began to emerge.
Many of them were hitting a ceiling in their growth - not because they lacked talent, skill, or drive - but because their businesses relied almost entirely on constant visibility.
They were exhausted from the content treadmill.
The pressure to "go viral."
Trying to keep up with ever-changing algorithms.
Feeling like if they slowed down or stepped away, everything would stall.
Even highly successful business owners were burning out under the pressure to always be “on.”
And that’s when it became clear to me.
The problem wasn’t their work ethic.
It was the growth model they were following.
That realization became the foundation of Growth in Alignment - a life-first approach to business growth that replaces constant visibility with systems, strategy, and sustainable momentum.
